1. Marking speed is too fast
Solution: slow down.
2. The laser power supply output DC 30V voltage drops, which causes the laser output power to drop
Solution: Replace the power supply.
3. The optical path system is inaccurate
Solution: Adjust the laser.
Solution: Adjust the position of the beam expander, the incident light should be at the center of the beam expander's light entrance hole, and the exit light should be at the center of the light exit hole.
Fourth, the surface of the workpiece is no longer on the focal plane
Solution: adjust the surface of the workpiece to the focus
5. The position and direction of the beam mirror are not accurate
Solution:
