Rubber mold cleaning method

Rubber molds are widely used in various industries for molding materials such as plastic, metal and concrete. Proper cleaning is essential to maintain the quality and extend the life of rubber molds. The following methods describe how to effectively clean rubber molds, including the use of a laser cleaning machine.

 

Manual Cleaning

 

1. Remove the mold from the machine and disassemble all removable parts.
